Once we receive your package, we will inspect the product and upon our approval, your refund will be issued minus the original cost of shipping.

Give us up to 5 business days for processing, after returning the item. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Take note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items for Return

Contact customer service at [email protected] or 1-877-823-5138 with your order number, details of the damaged item, product photos and a photo of the shipping box. You will receive an email from customer service with details on replacement of your damaged order.

Photos of the returned products and a photo of the shipping box are required to process your return.

Keep the damaged item and shipping box until customer service gives instructions as to what to do with the damaged item and shipping box.
Exchange Item
Don’t like the fragrance you ordered? You can return eligible items within 15 days for a refund or credit.

Item must be in unused original condition.

Keep the original packaging intact. To ensure safe delivery back to our facility, securely pack items in their original packaging. If items arrive broken, this will affect your exchange.

You pay the cost of shipping to us, we will ship the new fragrance at our expense.
Missing Package
If your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, we're happy to initiate an investigation with the carrier. Please contact customer service at [email protected] or 1-877-823-5138 to start an investigation and help find a solution to your missing package.
